My husband was suddenly transferred from out of state to the Oshkosh area for his job.  With less than a month to find a new home and not being familiar with the area, we relied on a coworkers recommendation to use Kevin Purtell as a Realtor.  We have worked with several Realtors in the past so we thought we knew what to expect this time around.  Kevin went way beyond our expectations.  He listened to our wants and needs as we looked for that perfect house and was meticulous in showing each home, pointing out the pros and cons.  We were very surprised at the attention to detail and overall knowledge he had with not just the area but with construction practices as well.  As the fear of settling on less than what we had hoped for was starting to creep in, Kevin recommend we go back to his office and look at more options. He had just spent all morning showing us homes, spent the lunch hour with us searching the MSL and making several calls to get us in to see more homes that afternoon  on short notice.  It was getting late on Saturday, but we had made significant progress.  On Sunday, Kevin was able to set up the time for my husband to tour our chosen two homes one more time.  We had found the one, wrote an offer, which was accepted.  Living out of state, Kevin again went beyond our expectations by being present for our home inspection then communicating what he and the inspector thought were good with the house we selected and what should be corrected or improved.  He also recommended and provided a final tour of the home the morning prior to closing to ensure it was in acceptable condition before we took ownership. 
In short, Kevin made our buying experience a very positive one.  Through working with Kevin, we learned what an experienced, qualified and well connected Realtor can actually accomplish.  Kevin set the bar higher for what we expect from a Realtor and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for true full service Realtor.
